  I have had multiple bad experiences here that echo the sentiments of others with 1 star ratings. To keep it short, do not bother going to this store. There is a blatant lack of customer service and the "Agents" are poor representatives of AT&T. This store is walking distance from my home and I happily drive 15 mins to another site. Trust me when I say, do not waste your time. Any 5 star ratings are likely employees from the store attempting to improve their score.
